The Young Turks are Cleveland's newest and hottest knife wielding chefs. Cleveland has over 90 locally owned and operated restaurants with amazingly talented chefs that call themselves The Cleveland Independents.
We photographed the first 13 chefs with the help of the Photography Students at CIA. Such a wonderful school and so much new talent. We are working with the students over the next few months to photograph all 90 of these chefs for the Cleveland Magazine, it should be a whole lot of fun!
That's another story though.

During Restaurant Week: March 12-21 they will be offering a Prix Fixe of $33.oo for a three course meal in all of these fabulous venues.
I've dined at a number of these fabulous establishments but there are so many more to try. We are so very fortunate to have such a choice in our great city, so get out there and enjoy some of Cleveland's finest!
