A Cleveland clambake in June at Keith Berr's. Yep we just created that outside on our studio's lanai last weekend for Chef Patrick Kander's new website. We photographed some 15 different dishes in a day and I'll have to say that these were the best clams and mussels that I've ever had. The deserts were awesome too. Enjoy some of the photos and know that even though clam season is months away you can still call Patrick if you need them now. Enjoy!
